Our quality products deserve the best service, and at José Santiago, Inc., with over a century of experience, we have perfected our service philosophy. Our 140,0000 square feet of physical plant is a model of efficiency, from its dry, frozen, and refrigerated storage areas to its direct access loading area for our large fleet of 60 delivery trucks.
All operations are fully computerized, with "FoodDISTRIBUTE" from Advanced Foodsystems Inc., a software program designed for foodservice distribution operating on an HP integrated data processing system.
To help assure quality, all services are concentrated in one location. In addition to our state-of-the-art warehouse, our modern distribution center holds executive offices, a customer service center, sales, credit, purchasing, and finance offices, an on-site kitchen for product testing, our Equipment Dispensing Program, and a Foodservice Cash and Carry. Uninterrupted service to our clients is assured through a one megawatt emergency electrical generator, water reservoir, fuel service, and repair shops.
